Serbia Transfers does not have so-called Uber drivers for whom passenger transport is an additional job. Each of our drivers is a full-time professional dedicated to his work.
To comply with the local laws, all drivers are licensed or have registered limo services. The requirement is a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in passenger transport and a professional license for all vehicle categories.
Our company's policy is not to employ drivers who have been filed for traffic accidents or endangering traffic safety.
Regardless of previous professional experience, which is a prerequisite for working for SERBIA TRANSFERS, each driver needs to pass our tests. To improve safety and driving comfort we hire renowned professors from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade once a month to learn from them.
In addition to driving competence, each chauffeur must be fluent in the English language. Driver English language testing is performed by the Panas School of Foreign Languages from Belgrade.
We place great emphasis on the professionalism of our drivers and here we mean not only the business attire. Real chauffeur must be a gentleman in every sense of the word.
Moreover, he must not be too stiff but discreet, unobtrusive, kind, and pleasant. We have attended numerous seminars that helped us learn how to improve customization and relationships with different clients.
It is implied that the driver keeps the vehicle immaculately clean and tidy, which is regularly supervised.
With respect and proper attitude towards passengers, each of our drivers is reliable and punctual. Our team does not tolerate drivers’ delays.
Many roads in Serbia are in very poor condition. Google maps and other GPS navigation cannot replace driving experience and knowledge of roads in Serbia.

The driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up address about 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time.
You will respectively be notified that he has arrived by the phone call or messenger that you are using, so please be available.
If you are supposed to be driven from the airport, the chauffeur will notify you the day before your trip.

For rides from Belgrade and the cities where we have partners, it is not obliged to pay the service in advance or a deposit.
You can pay the service in cash (dinars, euro) or with payment cards directly to the driver.
We accept Visa and Mastercard (the price of the ride is converted into RSD).
For each ride, you may receive a receipt directly from the driver or via E-mail.
For rides from places in which we do not have partners, it is necessary to pay a deposit of at least 30% of the taxi fare via PayPal or a business account, so that we can send a vehicle and a driver from the nearest covered town/city.
Payments via PayPal are increased by 10% due to the commissions and currency conversion costs.
